Thank you so much http://www.paleonewbie.com/steak-salad-creamy-garlic-vinaigrette-paleo-recipe for this recipe. I changed a few things but the key ingredients are essentially the same. This was yummy and filling. Who wouldn’t want steak in a salad? My husband indulged in several servings.
- 1/2 pound cooked and sliced Sirloin Steak
- 4 cups Spinach Leaves
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled and sliced
- 2 Avocados, pitted and sliced
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Paleo Mayo
- 1 Garlic Clove, pressed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Put olive oil, white vinegar, mayo, garlic and salt and pepper in a food processor to make a quick vinaigrette.
Step 2: Arrange pre-prepped ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Step 3: Drizzle salad dressing. Eat and Enjoy!
