Paleo Whole30 Steak Salad


Whole30 Dinner Day 2.

Thank you so much for this recipe. I changed a few things but the key ingredients are essentially the same. This was yummy and filling. Who wouldn’t want steak in a salad? My husband indulged in several servings.



  • 1/2 pound cooked and sliced Sirloin Steak
  • 4 cups Spinach Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Avocados, pitted and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Paleo Mayo
  • 1 Garlic Clove, pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1: Put olive oil, white vinegar, mayo, garlic and salt and pepper in a food processor to make a quick vinaigrette.

Step 2: Arrange pre-prepped ingredients in a large salad bowl.


Step 3: Drizzle salad dressing. Eat and Enjoy!
