Triple Peanut and Chocolate Chip Cookies


Recipe #3!

Surprisingly these do not have a super strong peanut butter taste. But because of this, this holiday cookie will delight peanut butter lovers and peanut butter haters. I like this recipe because it yields a lot and were pretty easy to make. When making cookie by the hundreds, having a non-laborious cookie is a blessing to do.

Yields: About 72 cookies



  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Butter Flavored Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips or Bite-sized Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Raw Peanuts

Step 1:Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Beat the butter and shortening until whipped (when the butter mixture turns light yellow, you know it is ready).


Step 3: Add peanut butter and beat on high speed.


Step 4: Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, eggs, and vanilla. Scrap sides occasionally.

Step 5: Add flour and beat until well-combined.



Step 6: Stir in peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and peanuts.



Step 7: Using a small ice cream scooper, drop dough by the teaspoons onto a parchment paper lined pan.


Step 8: Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.


Step 9: Eat and Enjoy!
